Northwest Center for Behavioral Health (NCBH) is currently accepting resumes for a Licensed Behavioral Health Professional at our Fort Supply Inpatient location to provide professional behavioral health services! Services include: Assessments and psychotherapy, recovery support and wellness with a designated population; Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to address the physical and behavioral needs of individuals in services.

- THIS AGENCY REQUIRES COVERAGE 24 HOURS, 7 DAYS PER WEEK. WORK HOURS AND LOCATION MAY VARY DEPENDING ON BUSINESS NECESSITY.
- Annual Salary: $66,000 - 71,000 (Salary range based on experience, tenure and certification)
- Licensure Candidate - Under Supervision $66,000 - $31.73 Hourly
- Licensed Behavioral Health Professional $71,000 - $34.13 Hourly
- 5% Longevity Incentive at 1 Year and 3 Year DMHSAS service!
- Total Compensation up to $100,000+ includes base salary, retirement and state paid benefit allowance to help pay for your benefit elections! (based on the number of covered dependents - includes longevity payments)

Qualifications:
- LBHP - Master's degree in psychology, social work, counseling or closely related field; and must be a practitioner with a license to practice in the state issued by one of the following licensure boards: Psychology; Social Work (clinical specialty only); Professional Counselor; Marriage and Family Therapist; Behavioral Practitioner; or Alcohol and Drug Counselor. (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LBP, LADC, LADC/MH)
- LCBHP - Completion of curriculum requirements for a master’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or closely related field; and Must be actively and regularly receiving board approved supervision, and extended supervision by a fully licensed clinician if board’s supervision requirement is met but the individual is not yet licensed, to become licensed by one of the following licensure boards: Psychology, Social Work (clinical specialty only); Professional Counselor; Marriage and Family Therapist; Behavioral Practitioner; or Alcohol and Drug Counselor.

NCBH provides excellent treatment to all of Northwestern Oklahoma. We are licensed and Joint Commission accredited since 1974. We provide complete mental health and substance abuse services for the individuals of Northwest Oklahoma in our outpatient offices, transitional residential program and our inpatient psychiatric unit. We are currently recruiting for Licensed Behavioral Health Professionals at our Outpatient Facilities and Residential Facilities! We have positions available in Woodward, Enid, Alva, Fairview and Guymon!
Special Requirements:
Applicant must be able to pass an OSBI background.
Must possess a US driver’s license to perform job related travel if necessary.
Upon a conditional offer of employment, applicants for safety sensitive positions shall be required to submit to urinalysis to test for drugs. Appointment to a safety sensitive position shall be contingent upon a negative drug test result.
(if Required) Applicants must submit to a physical examination and shall meet the physical examination requirements of occasionally lifting/carrying 50 pounds and be able to pull a maximum force of 25 pounds.
