The Project

As a Legal Expert AI Data Trainer, you will create and evaluate datasets based on typical legal tasks—such as reviewing contracts, analyzing case law, conducting legal research, performing due diligence, and assessing legal compliance. Your role ensures AI models deliver accurate, ethical, and reliable legal reasoning.

Day in and day out, you will:

Train the AI

You’ll spend the bulk of your time generating voice samples and conversations around various ranges of topics.

Evaluate the AI

Our partner’s mission is to develop AI models that are safe, accurate, and beneficial to humanity. You will may evaluate the AI according to those criteria and our training methods. For example, you will be discerning the accuracy of the facts that the AI is outputting, but also the accuracy with which they interpret them.

Experience Required:

3+ years of legal experience at reputable law firms or legal departments
Expertise in drafting, reviewing, and interpreting legal documents, contracts, litigation procedures, regulatory compliance, or transactional law

Preferred:
Qualified Solicitor, Barrister, Paralegal, Lawyer or equivalent legal certification
Experience training or supervising junior legal staff or paralegals

This is an entry-level role perfect for voracious readers early in their careers, or for career switchers keen to enter the technology field. Pay begins between $11.00-$30.00 / hour to top applicants based on the experience & Qualification 

Must be Native in English(C1 - C2)
