Department Overview:
The Office of Human Resources (OHR) provides faculty and staff comprehensive personnel, training and employment relations services. The Learning and Talent Development team within OHR develops and delivers online and classroom professional development courses that support campus-wide needs such as leadership development, employee engagement and employee wellness.Anticipated Start Date:

Flexible schedule of 8 - 12 hours per week, with more hours available over the summer. Work occurs between 8:00 am - 4:30 pm Monday - Friday.Salary/Wage Range/Lump Sum:

You must be enrolled as an undergraduate student to quality for this position.Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Ability and desire to provide excellent customer service
Demonstrate effective written and verbal communication skills
Enjoys participating and collaborating in a team environment
Desire to develop attention to detail, organizational and project management skills
Commitment to respect, courtesy and sincerity in the workplace
Ability to work without direct supervision, self-motivated, reliable and professional
Position Summary/Job Duties:
This position provides administrative support for multiple programs of the Learning and Talent Development team under the guidance of Program Leads. Activities will vary week to week, and may include:
Data Entry
Assisting staff with various administrative projects
Assisting with webinar and in-person event preparation and planning
Updating Databases
Providing professional email correspondence
Making Copies
Assisting with Newsletter Creation
Assisting with Scheduling
Maintaining Learning Spaces
Other
Physical Demands:
Ability to sit for long periods of time
