Summary

Anaconda is seeking a talented Learning Solutions Specialist to join our rapidly growing company. This is an excellent opportunity for you to leverage your experience and skills and apply it to the world of data science, artificial intelligence, and machine learning.

What You'll Do:

• Support the strategy of the Learning segment of our software as a service (SaaS) platform for our user personas including but not limited to professional learners, students, educators, technical practitioners, customers, enterprise administrators, and internal stakeholders..
• Support Sr. Manager, Learning Solutions to build and enhance training curricula in line with learning design principles.
• Review and edit asynchronous content (e.g., recorded video lessons) in consultation with Sr. Manager, Learning Solutions.
• Develop assessments (e.g., practice exercises, quizzes, exams) to test knowledge retention and achievement in line with learning objectives.
• Create, enhance, and manage learning content within Thinkific, our learning management system.
• Support the development of new courses, learning paths, certifications, exercises, quizzes, exams, and/or labs.
• Conduct market research to identify, share, and implement best practices, with the objective to enhance our platform features, making it both engaging and competitive.
• Analyze user feedback, strategic objectives, and success metrics to derive and implement enhancements to the learning platform and content.
• Partner closely with the Product, UX, and Engineering teams accountable for creating a world-class unified user experience.
• Address and prioritize content maintenance and enhancements in consultation with Sr. Manager, Learning Solutions.

What You Need:

• 5 plus years experience in one of the following; Product and/or Program Management for a learning platform, Instructional Design, and Curriculum Design.
• Experience in developing training content as well as meticulous content review skills.
• Experience in conducting and hosting live training (Zoom is our preferred tool)..
• Experience in using generative AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude.
• Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfort working in dynamic, user-focused, fast-paced environments.

What Will Make You Stand Out:

• Experience in using video editing software, such as Camtasia.
• Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment
• Experience working in an open-source or data science-oriented company
• Experience being part of the development of platform as a service (PaaS) and/or SaaS products
• Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment

The US base salary range for this role is $67,500-$117,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed in each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations.

Within the range, individual compensation is determined by various factors, including work location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter will provide more specific details on the salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
