Roles and Responsibilities:
Identifies resource competencies to execute administrative or transformative work.
Monitors adherence to governance for GLS.
Directly manages the learning operations admin and specialists and additional resources.
Coach, mentor and develop staff, including overseeing new employee onboarding and providing career development planning and opportunities.
Empower employees to take responsibility for their jobs and goals. Delegate responsibility and expect accountability and regular feedback.
Key driver of process challenges and improvements.
Change Management owner.
Relationship Management.
Proven Lean record.
Determines appropriate resource alignment in collaborates with GLS leaders to identify upcoming skill requirements and total resources needed.
Creates all Training for learning system experts and updates level 1 support and learner facing support articles.
Conducts audits against governance adherence and business outcomes in system.
Foster a spirit of teamwork and unity among department members that allows for disagreement over ideas, conflict and expeditious conflict resolution, and the appreciation of diversity as well as cohesiveness, supportiveness, and working effectively together to enable each employee and the department to succeed.
Lead employees to meet the organization's expectations for productivity, quality, and goal accomplishment.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college, (or high school diploma with 6 years of experience).
5 years plus of Learning operations experience.
Ability to develop, implement and assess performance metrics.
Knowledge of SumTotal or Cornerstone Learning management systems.
Proven record of boosting team performance and employee retention rates.
Proven Lean Record.
Flexibility in work schedule which could include weekends, weeknights, etc. to support projects or system issues.

Strong communication skills to work with internal learning operations team.
Team player with strong execution focus.
