RSM is seeking a The Learning Management System (LMS) Senior Associate to play a pivotal role in supporting the development and implementation of learning-related operational business processes, with a particular emphasis on compliance training. This position involves close collaboration with various stakeholders within the learning teams, as well as key partners in other departments, to analyze, design, implement, and evaluate the operational processes, policies, and technology necessary to support the firm’s learning strategy.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Consultation and Analysis: Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify gaps and challenges within department operations, gather requirements, assign high-risk courses to large, complex populations, and utilize advanced Excel skills to manage data effectively. Develop solutions that support cross-functional operational excellence.
- Compliance and Reporting: Execute compliance tasks within the LMS, prepare reports, updates, and communications, assist in the development and implementation of workflows, and review their effectiveness. Participate in special projects related to the learning strategy.
Essential Duties:
- Project Management (15%): Create and execute multiple project plans for learning execution, including the development of detailed timelines to meet established deadlines for department operations. Resolve and/or escalate issues in a timely manner.
- Stakeholder Consultation (15%): Serve as a consultant and advisor to key stakeholders, collaborating on and defining technical solutions and data requirements that support consistent cross-functional or cross-department operations. Act as an LMS Subject Matter Expert (SME) to provide guidance and troubleshooting to stakeholders and learners.
- Operational Analysis (25%): Proactively analyze LMS operations and workflows, identifying gaps and areas of opportunity. Address communication and operational issues arising during day-to-day administration activities, making recommendations for process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer service.
- Research and Networking (5%): Stay current on trends and potential solutions for efficiencies by researching, attending learning sessions, and maintaining connections with internal and external networks.
- Task Execution (35%): Accurately and timely execute tasks in a highly complex and high-risk environment on LMS and other tools, including: Collaborating with stakeholders to gather, clarify, and review learning data and requirements; entering complex compliance and learning data into systems with high accuracy and attention to detail; and conducting quality assurance on their own work and the work of others, ensuring workflows and tools function appropriately.

Qualifications:
Education/Certifications:
- Preferred: Bachelor's degree in communications, education, instructional design, human resource development, or a related area.
Technical/Soft Skills:
- Required: Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, advanced Excel skills, strong interpersonal and communication skills, strong problem solving and analytical skills, attention to detail, ability to work under pressure to meet established goals, and strong organizational skills.
Experience:
- 2+ years of relevant experience
- Practical knowledge of training implementation and employee development.
- Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders concurrently.
- Client service or issue resolution experience.
- Experience compiling and reviewing complex data to make business decisions.
- Experience with compliance training (preferred)

At RSM, an employee’s pay at any point in their career is intended to reflect their experiences, performance, and skills for their current role. The salary range (or starting rate for interns and associates) for this role represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to, education, skills, work experience, certifications, location, etc. As such, pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.
Compensation Range: $69,800 - $115,500Individuals selected for this role will be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.
