Position Overview:
- Collaboration – Partners with Program Development, Operations, Marketing, Technical Operations as well as external vendors and partners to develop learning resources using strong instructional design models.
- Impact - Develops learning experiences with an innovative mindset and sound design principles, with knowledge of adult learning theory, evaluation methods and education guidelines.
- Evaluation – Conducts ongoing evaluations of learning outcomes to ensure effectiveness and determine improvements to achieve learning success.
- Prepared Customers – Development and design of learning resources that inform and prepare customers during the selling process and following implementation.
- Prepared Organization - Development and design of learning resources that educate employees about program enhancements.
Position Holder is Accountable For:
- Establish employee-based and customer-facing competencies and learning solutions that are aligned with the educational methodologies of RQIP.
- Utilize technical skills (i.e. content curation) to maintain existing and to design and develop new learning solutions based on business requirements, needs analysis and user research.
- Collaborate with program development teams and data analytics for the evaluation of programs to identify learning gaps and opportunities for design enhancements.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners, SMEs, and others to develop, test and implement new learning solutions. Can then include providing education to internal staff and external partners of new solutions.
- Establish employee-based and customer-facing competencies and learning solutions that are aligned with the educational methodologies of RQIP.
- Maintain knowledge of the latest research and best practices in education and instructional design.
- Support the synthesis and organization of incoming research articles, journals and publications that are relevant to evidence-based adult learning theory.
