We're looking for a Learning Content Specialist with willingness to explore content creation in multiple formats as part of our customer education program. In a role with a blend of responsibilities across multiple teams, you'll collaborate on our Academy and Help Center to build the content our customers use to learn while working closely with our Senior Technical Writer. This position offers a chance to expand and fine-tune your content design skills and put them to work in helping users adopt Ironclad successfully.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Design engaging learning materials, including videos, help articles, and live training sessions. Craft clear, written instructional materials for end-users, incorporating instructional design best practices.

  • Ensure Academy and Help Center content is regularly maintained and updated. Work collaboratively with related teams to give feedback, troubleshoot and address issues within enablement systems.

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align educational content to product updates, working in partnership with the Senior Technical Writer to maintain consistency in tone and quality. Collaborate with subject matter experts for content accuracy and relevance. Facilitate communication between the Academy and Help Center teams to synchronize content creation efforts.

  • Apply existing or drafted content for a topic to multiple delivery contexts to align with differing levels of technical documentation & training

Key Skills:

  • 2+ years with multimedia content development (e.g., videos, instructional graphics)

  • Tech savvy, analytical, and able to communicate complex business software processes appropriately

  • Experience with content update and maintenance practices or any experience with content design tools (Camtasia, Adobe, Articulate, MadCap Flare, WordPress, Learning Management Systems)

  • Ability to manage stakeholders with diverse needs and points of view

  • Proven track record of designing effective learning materials

  • History of successful collaboration with cross-functional teams

  • HTML/CSS experience a plus

Base Salary Range: $75,000 - $90,000

The base salary range represents the minimum and maximum of the salary range for this position based at our San Francisco headquarters. The actual base salary offered for this position will depend on numerous factors, including individual proficiency, anticipated performance, and the location of the selected candidate.
