The Opportunity: This is a 12-month opportunity to procure, curate, and source high-quality learning content to enhance employee skills aligned with job families and QBE's enterprise skilling strategy.

  • Location: Remote

  • Work Arrangement: Remote

  • The salary range for this role is between $108,000-$203,000. Full Time 1-year Fixed Term role

Your New Role

  • Drive innovation and value in QBE's digital learning content strategy.

  • Partner with Enterprise Skills Lead to drive capability uplift critical to the delivery of QBE's enterprise skilling strategy.

  • Accountable for tagging strategy and process management to ensure learning content is tagged to skills and proficiencies critical to each job family and enterprise-wide hot skills.

  • Curate, design and manage learning content within a global Learning Management System and/or Learning Experience Platform.

  • Manage internal customer and stakeholder relationships and influence in a global and matrixed environment.

  • Accountable for vendor strategy used to procure required learning content.

  • Bring in ‘outside in' and market trends on digital learning delivery.

  • Be a strong contributor to the Divisional Talent, Leadership and Enterprise Learning team, role modelling QBE DNA.

  • Influence and build a cohesive and high-performing virtual learning community globally.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in digital learning content management.

  • Proficiency in working with global Learning Management Systems (LMS) and/or Learning Experience Platforms (LXP).

  • Leadership or participation in developing integrated global and local learning strategies in a global or multi-region context.

  • Familiarity with capability frameworks, models, and their application in upskilling and enhancing business performance.

  • Experience in building, managing, and delivering substantial project/program budgets.

Compensation Package: The salary range for this role is provided above. This is the national range for location(s) listed. The salary offer will be decided based on the role's complexity, its location, and the candidate’s professional background, including their education and experience. Beyond the base salary, regular full-time and part-time employees will also be eligible for QBE’s annual discretionary bonus plan based on business and individual performance. We encourage all candidates to apply, even if their salary expectations fall outside of this range, as we are committed to finding the right fit for our team.
