Job Description:

The Learning and Development (L&D) Partner will design and implement the Modular Education Program, integrating specialized and cross-channel learning to guide organizational innovation and collaboration. You will blend expertise in adult learning, instructional design, e-learning development, and change management to create scalable, role-specific learning programs. Reporting to the Project Lead, the L&D Partner will lead programs from strategy to execution, promoting a culture of continuous education that aligns with Dentsu's business objectives.

This is a hybrid position.

Responsibilities:

Learning Strategy and Curriculum Development:

  • You will develop modular curriculum pathways tailored for diverse roles and teams.
  • Integrate adult learning principles and instructional design best practices into program development.
  • Establish and maintain a skill framework aligned with our strategic goals.

Program Design & Oversight:

  • You will collaborate with instructional designers to create scalable, engaging e-learning solutions across formats, including text, video, and interactive scenarios.
  • Produce and manage the technical and logistical aspects of workshops and training materials.
  • You will oversee SharePoint-based learning hubs for intuitive user navigation.

Change Management Leadership:

  • You will lead teams through organizational changes, including shifts in priorities, structures, and workflows.
  • Develop learning solutions that support and guide employees through these transitions.

Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration:

  • You will partner with SMEs to curate and validate high-quality, actionable learning content.
  • Train SMEs to facilitate live and virtual training sessions, ensuring they are prepared to engage learners.
  • You will collaborate across departments to align learning programs with organizational needs.

Measurement and Continuous Improvement:

  • Define and track Key Performance Indicators to evaluate program success and influence.
  • Incorporate feedback to refine program effectiveness and ensure relevance.

Experience/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Learning & Development, Instructional Design, or related fields.
  • 5+ years of experience integrating instructional design and change management into large-scale learning programs.
  • Background in designing and implementing modular and e-learning programs, with instructional design experience.
  • Expertise in leading projects from concept to execution.
  • Experience guiding teams through organizational change initiatives.
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design, and e-learning development.
  • Proficiency in tools like Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, LMS platforms, and SharePoint.
  • Align learning initiatives with organizational objectives.
  • Engage and align diverse teams across global regions.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $94,000 - $152,375. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills and other factors permitted by law.
