Job Overview:

The Corporate Learning and Development Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the corporate learning and development programs that foster employee growth, enhance skills, and support career development. The role involves collaborating with various departments to identify training needs, creating development plans, and ensuring that learning initiatives align with the organization’s goals and culture. The ideal candidate will be innovative, results-oriented, and passionate about helping employees maximize their potential while driving organizational success.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive learning and development strategy that aligns with business objectives and promotes a culture of continuous learning.
  • Program Design & Development: Design, curate, and implement learning programs including workshops, online training, leadership development, and career pathing programs that meet the diverse needs of the workforce.
  • Needs Assessment: Collaborate with department heads and HR to assess training needs across the organization and develop customized training solutions.
