Position Summary

The Learning & Development team is responsible for providing training that enables our clients to thrive using Jenzabar products. A Learning and Development Coordinator II is responsible for independently maintaining and administering our client facing learning management system. This person will actively communicate with customers regarding their training needs and supply them with important resources. They will also take the lead in scheduling and creating instructor-led courses. A Learning and Development Coordinator II will creatively create reports on the customer comments and LMS statistics and then perform analysis on those statistics to improve client experiences.  

Essential Tasks

  • Generate reports for billing purposes and at client request 
  • Schedule reports to be sent to individuals on a need-be basis as well as to manager 
  • Schedule and host all Teams sessions for instructor led courses 
  • Assist with creating yearly course catalog and entering courses on L&D calendar 
  • Compile survey results, review comments, and send results to manager 
  • Perform analysis on client comments and make appropriate recommendations to instructional designer 
  • Update and maintain monthly and quarterly financial report to track activity for each learning object offered by L&D 
  • Continually monitor client experience with Docebo Learn learning management system and make appropriate recommendations to manager 

Preferred Skills and Experience 

  • Expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel 
  • Working knowledge of Docebo Learn or equivalent learning management system 
  • Ability to make decisions to solve client problems 
  • Be proactive in suggesting changes to improve communications with clients

 

The pay range for this position is $42,000 to $52,000/year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, geographic location, skills, and experience. This position is eligible for an annual bonus in addition to a full range of benefits. This information is provided per the relevant state and local pay transparency laws for the location in which this position will be performed.
