Lean, Operations & VCP Leader AVS

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide overall Lean leadership at the segment level and drive the Lean transformation by serving as a champion, coach, and mentor for change.
- Developing funnel of variable cost productivity (VCP) and delivering against these for AVS
- Leading the Lean team of 10+ individuals across the organization
- Partner with global business stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and execute improvement opportunities through Kaizen events and Lean initiatives, partnering with both segment + regions
- Drive the execution of Kaizens and Lean events to deliver on the Continuous Improvement plan and develop Standard Work across processes.
- Develop and deploy Lean behaviors, principles, standards, and tools across the AVS segment.
- Provide training and development to employees on Lean principles and practices.
- Lead AVS’ operating mechanisms (MORs, SORs, LTS, WWPP) in partnership with subject-matter experts. Drive operational execution of critical projects at AVS level incl VCP.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
- Proven experience in leading Lean transformations and driving continuous improvement in a complex, global organization.
- Strong knowledge of Lean principles, tools, and methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills.
- Ability to influence and drive change at all levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, global team environment.
