Flexible schedule Monday – Thursday between 9 to 5 to be determined each semester with the LPI team. 8-10 hours average per week. Some weekend and evening hours will be required for our events and evening workshops.Salary/Wage Range/Lump Sum:

4Qualifications:
Undergraduate with and interest in developing their leadership skills. Business affiliated students preferred.Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
• Strong customer service skills and high level of professionalism
• Effective writing and communication skills
• Attention to detail, well organized
• Punctuality, reliable attendance, and flexibility
• Excellent time management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive team environment
• Highly motivated and a strong initiative to learn about BBA services and resources
• A desire to build positive relationships, to help and empower peers
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to work with diverse populations
Position Summary/Job Duties:
• Coordinate leadership programs, including leadership case competitions, ALC Service Day, a leadership conference, workshops, and more
• Develop curriculum and facilitate workshops and trainings for student leaders and student organizations
• Coordinate ALC marketing and social media
• Support the Business Badger Badge program and other WSB event publicity and tracking through the Suitable app
• Hold office hours to greet and assist visitors to the ALC and advise students on involvement, leadership, and student organization questions
• Other duties as assigned
