We have an excellent opportunity for a Lead Web Developer at Wealth Enhancement. This individual will spearhead the development of various technical solutions to create compelling brand experiences for our prospects and clients. Collaborating with our product and business user teams, you will utilize Drupal and Acquia CMS to translate complex UX and design into exceptional interaction design, build automation scripts, manage workflows, and more. Additionally, you will integrate third-party systems to add new features and work on innovative internal projects. You will also support the Agile lifecycle by managing releases and assisting team members throughout the process.

In this role, you will help build our Drupal and Acquia skills from the ground up. We are looking for someone with experience and desire to work in a fast-paced, iterative development environment as a part of a small, nimble team.

The salary target for this role is $145,000.00 - $165,000.00 depending on experience; this role is also eligible for our corporate bonus plan.

When we make an offer, we then factor in things like tenure, performance, and geographic location to come up with the most accurate numbers. Primary Job Functions

Manage and develop complex technology implementations in a fast-paced environment

• Solve complex business problems with simplified, elegant solutions that can evolve with our business.
• Articulate the differences between competing architecture designs and the rationale for selecting one over another.
• Architect and maintain the overall system implementation using diagrams, prototyping, and proof of concepts.
