We are seeking a Lead Technology Professional Leader to oversee the Content Management System (CMS) i.e. AEM Sites and Digital Asset Management (DAM) i.e. Adobe Assets operations. This role requires technical leadership, strategic thinking, and collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Lead Engineers, Lead Architects, and business stakeholders, to ensure AEM solutions align with business goals. The ideal candidate should be experienced in project management, program management, resource allocation, vendor coordination, and budget oversight while driving innovation and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Technology Leadership & Strategy
- Define and drive the strategic vision for AEM Sites & Assets, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
- Collaborate with Lead Engineers and Architects to align AEM solutions with enterprise goals.
- Stay updated on emerging AEM features and digital experience trends to drive innovation.
Solution Delivery & Execution
- Oversee AEM projects, ensuring successful implementation and adoption across business units.
- Manage resource allocation and vendor relationships to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
- Partner with technical teams, product managers, and leadership to ensure AEM solutions meet business needs.
- Act as a trusted advisor, guiding teams on best practices for CMS, DAM, and digital experience management.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, knowledge sharing, and cross-team collaboration.
Governance, Compliance, & Risk Management
- Ensure compliance with security, governance, and enterprise standards for CMS & DAM.
- Establish best practices, coding standards, and governance policies to maintain platform integrity.
- Identify and mitigate risks related to AEM operations, vendor management, and budget constraints.
Innovation & Continuous Improvement
- Drive automation and process improvements to enhance AEM platform efficiency.
- Evaluate new AEM capabilities and integrations to improve content and asset workflows.
- Lead proof-of-concept initiatives for emerging technologies in content management.

Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in CMS, DAM, and digital experience management.
- Strong expertise in AEM architecture, implementation, and governance.
- Proven track record in project and program management, resource planning, and budget oversight.
- Experience collaborating with technical leads, architects, and business stakeholders to drive business-aligned solutions.
- Ability to manage vendor relationships and contracts, ensuring optimal service delivery.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Work-At-Home Requirements

Employees who live and work from Home in the state of California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota will be provided a bi-weekly payment for their internet expense.

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting.
