Responsibilities: 

  • You will report to the Enterprise Customer Advocacy Team and work directly with Enterprise clients at Unqork to understand their needs, enhance their technical and business solutions, and deliver best-in-class experiences 
  • As the client-facing expert, you will offer insights, guidance, and subject-matter expertise to help customers build products on our platform while ensuring their feedback informs our organization’s ecosystem 
  • Using your deep industry and technical knowledge, you will help identify use cases for expansion and stickiness of the product, while also ensuring the client sees the real value of using the Unqork Platform. 
  • You will update and execute expansion opportunities in partnership with our Sales and Go-to-Market Team ensuring open, proactive, and timely communication between groups 
  • Act as a strategic partner to executive-level Enterprise clients, understanding their business objectives and translating them into innovative Unqork solutions that drive tangible value.
  • Gain a deep understanding of the customer’s business and technical goals, collaborate to create a strategic success plan with clear goals, milestones, and measurable KPIs, and provide regular updates to both the client and Unqork’s leadership team 
  • Provide technical thought leadership and guidance to clients, showcasing advanced use cases and driving the adoption of cutting-edge features. 
  • Collaborate directly with customers and work cross-functionally with internal teams like Go-to-Market, Support, Sales, and Product to serve as the technical resource for self-managed and in-production customer projects 
  • Collaborate with Product Development to gather patterns, standardize use cases, and refine best practices 

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience driving technical engagement with large, complex global customers in Enterprise SaaS environments 
  • Deep industry expertise in financial services and/or insurance, with a strong understanding of these sectors' processes, structures, and common use cases.
    • For financial services: Familiarity with middle office operations, client advisory, or other relevant functions.
    • For insurance: Knowledge of underwriting, claims management, or policyholder engagement.
  • Experience working with executive-level stakeholders in Enterprise organizations as a trusted advisor and helping clients see the possible through technical expertise  
  • Knowledge of enterprise SaaS solutions 
  • Strong understanding of common Enterprise technology environments including integration, security, and operations 
  • Experience evangelizing your work and presenting to multiple levels of management (Executives, LoB owners).
  • Knowledgeable and experienced in creating solutions that use cloud technologies
  • Experience leading technology programs that involve multiple technology areas and stakeholders, are high risk, and highly visible across significantly sized technical teams including coordination of multiple parties (e.g., partners, onshore and offshore resources)
  • You know how to pioneer new solutions and work with our teams to build them into Unqork's offerings

💲 Hiring Ranges:

  • Tier 1: $135,000 - $180,000 based on Comp Convo - base salary
  • Tier 2: $125,000 - $160,000 based on Comp Convo - base salary

Unqork employs a market-driven approach to establish compensation ranges. In addition to a base salary, employees may also be eligible to receive a target incentive and company equity in the form of stock options.

An employee’s compensation within the range provided above depends on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, their location, role, skillset, level of experience, and similar peer salaries.

As a remote-first company, Unqork incorporates a geographic differential into our compensation structure, depending on the candidate’s location. We utilize a tiered system—Tier 1 and Tier 2—to accurately reflect local market rates and ensure our compensation packages are both fair and competitive.

Our geographic tiers are defined as follows:

  • Tier 1: New York Metro, Seattle Metro, San Francisco Bay Area 
  • Tier 2: All other US and US territory locations
