What you’ll be responsible for:

As a Principal Program Manager in the Product organization, you will lead the coordination and execution of complex product development projects that deliver on Circle’s product roadmap. You will define durable processes for the broader team, create project plans, lead project team activities, track progress, and monitor and communicate project status. You are the glue that holds teams together - always ensuring that everyone is on the same page.

What you'll work on:

  • Oversee and manage multiple projects in planning and flight to coordinate our cross-functional team strategies into a cohesive plan
  • Help define durable processes for the broader team for things like OKR planning, status reporting, releasing plans, etc.
  • Lead programs by managing program structure, scope, release planning, as well as ensuring cross-functional alignment.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to drive workgroup alignment meetings in order to address tactical release issues, dependencies, program status, milestones, etc.
  • Organize and lead project meetings and compile project status reports to drive deliverables to schedule, as well as develop resolutions to mitigate risks.
  • Establish strong relationships with all project stakeholders including team members and leadership. 
  • Establish and improve internal processes where necessary.
