Job Title: Lead Strategic Consultant, CJA
Compensation: $125,000 to $150,000

Adswerve is looking for a Lead Strategic Consultant to join the Adobe Services Team! The ideal candidate must have experience with Adobe Customer Journey Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics, and Tealium Tag Management System. This position will work closely with Lead Consultants and/or Managers to build new solutions for clients through technical and strategic thinking.
Responsibilities
- Tactically and strategically complete implementations of Adobe Customer Journey Analytics for clients with minimal oversight and lead client engagements from the implementation and analysis perspective
- Leads multiple client relationships, including larger enterprise level clients, in an assigned portfolio of clients, including leading the strategic decisions and completion of all work in alignment with contract scope for the Adobe Analytics and/or Customer Journey Analytics and Adobe Launch (Tags) function
- Delivers value and customer retention/renewals through a consultative and solution-oriented approach, while establishing best practices within the team and for the client
- Understands how Adobe Experience Platform fits into a client’s data infrastructure and develops a data strategy to use data effectively.
- Mentor, advise, and collaborate on career development of team members with managers - option to become a future manager of a technical team if all parties agree
- Digest Client implementations and data to determine conclusions or methods for solutions.
- Consult clients on larger projects, connecting various moving parts to other technical solutions or tools
- Act as the point of contact for all client meetings, proactively communicating with clients and teams throughout project timelines
- Ensure all project tasks are entered into the project management tool Asana accurately, delegated appropriately and completed on schedule - QAing and reviewing before they’re sent off to management (including data accuracy, reporting, etc)
- Help managers mentor the consultants on the pod and guide best practices and training for larger department
Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Analytics or related field
- 5+ years of professional digital analytics experience
- 3+ years designing data models and integrating data across multiple systems
- Proven experience with Adobe Experience Platform, Customer Journey Analytics, tag management systems, and event-driven data layers
- Project management and/or technical analytics implementation experience
- Proven client communication skills
- Data visualization (Data Studio, Tableau, Power BI or similar platforms)
- Experience working with other technical marketing platforms (e.g. Website Architecture, Customer Data Platforms (Segment, Tealium), Mobile Apps, Consent Management, Adobe Analytics, Looker) and / or cloud data platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure) is a strong plus.
This position pays a base salary of $125,000 to $150,000 per year. Wage differential is based on training and experience.
