Lead ServiceNow Developer/Analyst - REMT - Remote Worker Location

The ServiceNow Developer/Analyst Lead is responsible for supporting ManTech’s ServiceNow environment. Work as part of a team gathering system requirements and creating solutions to meet customer needs on the ServiceNow platform. Grow your skill set through communicating with users, learning delivered ServiceNow functionality, developing and testing solutions.
Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To:
Provide technical mentorship to the development team to ensure the successful execution of ServiceNow development and projects
Engage directly with stakeholders to gather necessary requirements and provide product demonstrations as needed
Participate and contribute to sprint planning and sprint review meetings and other Agile Ceremonies
Implement ServiceNow design solutions including system integrations and data analytics
Build ServiceNow Solutions, Workflows, and automations
Experienced working with ServiceNow ITSM, CMDB or other ServiceNow modules
Configure software components, units, and modules that meet product specification and development schedules for stakeholder
Adhere to product build and release schedules and strategies
Test and debug complex software components and units.
Develop product documentation as needed
Perform assessments and evaluations of existing ServiceNow implementation, offering recommendations for improvements.
Ensure the security, scalability, and maintainability of ServiceNow solutions
Attend on-going training sessions to achieve a higher level of functional and technical skill
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree and 7 or more years of experience in ServiceNow Development and Architecture. Additional equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
Certified ServiceNow Administrator (CSA) required
Proven expertise in designing and implementing complex ServiceNow solutions, including custom applications and integrations
Experience with SecOps, IRM (GRC), SPM (ITBM), ITOM and/or ITSM modules
Effective team player and interpersonal skills
Strong understanding of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow scripting languages
