Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced RPA Developer with a proven track record of implementing Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of the UiPath product suite and a passion for driving efficiency through automation. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities, design and develop solutions, and ensure successful deployment and maintenance of RPA bots. Strong communication skills are essential, as you will engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to deliver effective solutions.

- Develop and implement RPA solutions using UiPath to automate business processes across multiple departments.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical automation solutions.
- Design, develop, test, and deploy UiPath workflows to automate repetitive tasks and improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure timely delivery of projects and manage project timelines effectively.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Communicate project status and progress to clients and stakeholders regularly.
- Lead and mentor a team of UiPath developers, providing technical guidance and support.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure best practices are followed.
- Perform bot testing, debugging, and maintenance, ensuring high performance and scalability.
- Ensure proper documentation of RPA solutions including process design documents (PDD), technical design documents (TDD), and operational support plans.
- Provide post-deployment support for RPA implementations, addressing any issues that arise and refining bots as needed.
- Stay current with UiPath updates and industry best practices to continuously improve RPA implementation strategies.
- Act as a UiPath product expert, providing guidance on platform capabilities and best-fit solutions for various business challenges.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 7+ years of hands-on experience in developing RPA solutions using UiPath.
- In-depth knowledge of the UiPath product suite.
- Proficient in developing reusable, scalable automation frameworks and workflows.
- Strong understanding of business process mapping and process improvement techniques.
- Solid knowledge of programming languages such as VB.NET, C#, and Python (preferred).
- Experience with API integrations and connecting RPA bots with enterprise systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues quickly.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- UiPath certifications are highly desirable.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in financial services, healthcare, or manufacturing sectors.
- Familiarity with other RPA tools and technologies is a plus.
- Knowledge of AI/ML integration within RPA solutions.
- Hand-on experience with ABBY FlexiCapture or similar document processing tools
The salary range for this position takes into consideration a variety of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, level of experience, applicable office location, training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The new hire salary range displays the minimum and maximum salary targets for this position across all US locations, and the range has not been adjusted for any specific state differentials. It is not typical for a candidate to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the unique facts and circumstances regarding each candidate. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range for this position is $ 73,008 to $170,640. Please note that the salary range posted reflects the base salary only and does not include benefits or any potential equity or variable bonus programs.
