Lead, Resi Solar QA & Partner Success

Job Summary:
As the Lead, QA and Partner Success, you will oversee the quality assurance and operational excellence of residential solar installations while managing strategic partner relationships. This role combines leadership in QA processes—such as system audits, shading report reviews, and project validations—with the cultivation of strong, white-glove partnerships to ensure best-in-class service. You will lead and develop a team of QA and Operations specialists, analyze performance data, and communicate insights to partners to drive scalability and efficiency. Your work will directly support the growth and success of a $200M+ residential solar business across multiple states.
Primary Responsibilities:
Manage ongoing partnerships with our Residential Solar sales and installation partners to ensure operational and financial success for both our partners and IGS Solar.
Support the seamless interaction between IGS’s shared service groups such as Billing and Collections, IT, Finance and Accounting, Legal and Regulatory, HR and Marketing to support business operations to continuously improve our processes and the quality of support we provide our sales and installation partners
Lead the Solar QA and operations team, including day to day management, training, team growth, and development.
Assist team to ensure effective and efficient processing of operational responsibilities.
Work collaboratively to Identify, research, and resolve partner issues swiftly and completely by leveraging an expert level understanding of our business
Compile key reports and dashboards to gauge and grade partnerships across all relevant facets of our industry; such as, project cancellation rates, milestone durations, project quality, operational efficiency, and other standard operations and metrics.
Ensure EPCs are operating in compliance with the master business agreement between them and IGS Solar

Lead a team of specialists and work alongside them to achieve the primary functions of the department:
Evaluate Solar Systems and Ensure Compliance: Review and process a high volume of solar projects to verify adherence to program requirements, including analyzing shading reports, project photos, and documentation to ensure quality and compliance.
Provide Platform Expertise and Partner Support: Act as a Solar 360 platform expert by guiding partners through milestone reviews, creating clear instructional materials, delivering training sessions, and coordinating with IT to resolve platform issues efficiently

Minimum Education and Experience:
Degree in Business Administration, IT, Operations, Renewable Energy focused, or other applicable fields of study a plus, but not required
3+ years experience in the Solar or Energy industry
3+ years of experience using Excel for analysis and as a tool communicate complex data effectively.
Experience with Solar Shading tools such as Aurora/Solmetric Suneye preferred.
Solar Installation knowledge preferred .

Salary Range:
$64,710.00 - $103,540.00*This range reflects base pay only. Incentive earnings, like commissions or bonuses, are not included.
