Lead Project Manager

About the Role

OpenLoop is looking for a Lead Project Manager to join our team. This role will be a member of the Operations Team, collaborating closely with the Director of Medical Operations & Workforce Management.

What You'll Do

• Lead project planning, from defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables to setting timelines and assigning resources.
• Develop detailed project plans and roadmaps, ensuring alignment with company goals.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Facilitate project kick-off meetings, manage risk assessments, and ensure proper documentation for project milestones.
• Coordinate across departments, including product development, engineering, marketing, and operations, to drive project success.
• Work closely with healthcare professionals, engineers, and designers to understand project needs and requirements.
• Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders and ensure clear communication across all teams.
• Identify potential risks and challenges early on and develop mitigation strategies to avoid delays.
• Resolve project issues as they arise by proactively managing resources, adjusting timelines, and providing solutions.
• Track project progress using project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana) and ensure key performance indicators (KPIs) are met.
• Provide regular project updates and status reports to leadership and stakeholders.
• Ensure that the final product meets all relevant healthcare regulations, industry standards, and user needs.
• Implement quality control measures to ensure high standards in telehealth services and technology.
• Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes and methodologies to increase efficiency and outcomes.
• Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in telehealth and digital health innovation.

Who You Are

• 3+ years of project management experience, ideally in a telehealth start-up
• PMP, or similar preferred
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in a start-up or fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with telehealth technologies, healthcare regulations, and HIPAA compliance.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
• Proficient in project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, Microsoft Project).
• Strong leadership skills with a collaborative, results-driven mindset.
• Knowledge of healthcare technology systems, EHR integration, and telemedicine platforms is a plus.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Management, Information Technology, or a related field. PMP or Agile certification is a plus.
