In the United States, we have a flexible hybrid work policy for employees who live within 30 miles of our office headquartered in New York City and our office in Seattle. Employees within the New York and Seattle metropolitan areas are expected to work from the designated office twice a week, unless there is a job-specific requirement to be in the office every workday. Employees outside of these areas are considered part of our remote-first workforce. We believe our hybrid approach for those near our NYC and Seattle offices increases productivity through more in-person collaboration where possible.

The Department: Payments

Payments is responsible for all things fiat; in a nutshell this involves enabling users to move values in/out of Gemini as well as internal admin tools for compliance, bookkeeping and foreign exchange support. Payments provides a seamless experience for card or bank transfer payments for individuals and businesses around the globe who are looking to buy or sell crypto. We own the full stack, from the front-end experience in our website and apps, to the backend ensuring the accounting reports of these payments are accurate.

The Role: Lead Product Manager

We're looking for an entrepreneurial, mission-driven, Product Manager to help us define and grow our products. This role will expand and build upon the vision of the product, define feature road-maps, and drive execution with our Engineering & Design teams. The ideal candidate has solid experience building innovative technologies from scratch, is driven by data and the needs to build world-class products, and has a pragmatic approach to getting high impact enhancements to market quickly. Experience in product planning, customer discovery, and implementing product development processes are all vital for this role.
