Lead Product Designer - Santa Monica, California, United States - Remote

Greenfly isn't just another platform; we're a collaborative hub where authentic and compelling digital content comes to life. We're currently seeking a Lead Product Designer to help design the future of Greenfly. If you're someone who can take complex problems and distill them into simple, intuitive interfaces and designs, and if you’re passionate about crafting a great experience for customers, we want you on our team.

What You'll Do

  • Lead design across web and mobile (iOS and Android) applications.
  • Develop, define, and maintain design processes and frameworks, including a robust design component library.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams—including product, engineering, analytics, and customer success—to deeply understand customer needs and technical possibilities, synthesizing these into seamless user experiences.
  • Promote and advocate for design standards and best practices to deliver best-in-class web and mobile applications.

Your Responsibilities

  • Guide the UX process throughout the product design lifecycle, from conceptual wireframes to high-fidelity designs (and clickable prototypes) and their development across our products.
  • Establish a strong foundation in user research, information architecture, and visual design; continuously identify opportunities for product enhancements.
  • Address undefined problem spaces with comprehensive end-to-end design solutions, spanning user research, experience, visual, and interaction design.
  • Engage deeply with user insights to drive continuous improvement and push for a user-centered approach in all design initiatives.
  • Gain a profound understanding of the product and competitive B2B SaaS landscape to influence product strategy and ensure our designs meet business, client, and technical standards.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in UX, product, or interaction design, preferably with substantial familiarity with angular component libraries like Dashkit.
  • Highly skilled in layout, typography, and visual hierarchy.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of persuading stakeholders and managing conflicts diplomatically.
  • A problem solver with a self-driven approach to customer-centric solutions.
  • Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.

Bonus Points

  • You're naturally curious and empathetic, with a knack for putting yourself in the user's shoes.
  • You're a team player, valuing collaboration over ego.
  • While you take your work seriously, you recognize that fostering connections and shared goals drive us to achieve greatness together.
