As a Lead Producer on Campaign, you will work closely with the Executive Producer and Creative Director to build roadmaps for development, evangelize the product vision to the team, and establish strong Production relationships with partner studios. You are someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and are willing to work through feedback, process improvements and scheduling challenges. Above all, you are also a dedicated, organized and energetic individual who is excited to build top quality Campaign content and foster an environment of continuous improvement.
Your Mission
Priorities can often change in a fast-paced environment like ours, so this role includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities:
Work with Raven and partner Creatives, Designers and Producers to understand and evangelize our product priorities with an emphasis on the player perspective.
Serve as an example of What GREAT Looks Like with regard to professionalism, communication and organization.
Build project roadmaps in consideration of product deadlines, creative needs and team capabilities.
Create clear and reusable Production artifacts and templates that provide a foundation for our standards, and allow opportunities for creativity and improvement.
Develop and support a review cadence for our work with internal and external stakeholders.
Take initiative removing team roadblocks, escalating and mitigating risks proactively.
Facilitate conversations with the User Research, Community and Marketing teams to balance player feedback with long-term roadmap initiatives.
Foster communication with internal and external QA teams, ensuring the quality of our work.
Serve as Point of Contact for Design, Mission and Feature questions.
Work with Executive and Lead Producers on areas of improvement consistently.
Embody the Raven Culture - focusing on the product and quality with no ego.
Mentor more junior Producers.
Minimum Requirements:
5+ years of experience working in Production roles within games industry, including at the senior level or above.
Contributed to 1 or more shipped titles.
Proven ability to own complex projects in game development.
Proven ability to work in rapid development cycles in the game industry.
Demonstrated aptitude for organization, scheduling and project management. Certified …
