Join our dynamic team as a Lead Marketing Operations Manager, where you'll play a pivotal strategic role in shaping and optimizing our marketing technology and data management systems, driving innovation in marketing automation, and enhancing operational efficiency.

The Job…

    • Marketing Technology and Data Management
      • Guide the development of the marketing technology stack, ensuring seamless integration, operation, and optimization of software such as Salesforce, Marketo, 6sense, and Sendoso
      • Audit and enhance marketing’s data strategy to manage lead lists, data enrichment, and form handling across all channels. Ensure data integrity and accessibility across marketing functions
      • Work with Marketing Intelligence to create and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key marketing metrics, providing insights and recommendations to improve performance
    • Process Optimization and Operational Efficiency
      • Experience tracking and reporting on Account Journeys in relation to activities (marketing + sales) – creating repeatable processes
      • Optimize the campaign response-to-MQR process, collaborating with SDR, sales, and marketing teams to enhance lead management, routing, scoring, and nurturing
      • Direct A/B testing efforts to identify and implement best practices, driving continuous improvement in marketing tactics and strategies across teams and geographies
      • Work in tandem with an Email Marketing Manager to optimize Marketo and Salesforce integration including segmentation, duplicate records, etc.
      • Establish and maintain scalable processes to ensure best practices in campaign and lead management for inbound and outbound marketing
      • Deep understanding of the marketing technology landscape and the ability to quickly evaluate and learn new technologies

    You… 


    • Have 8+ years of experience in marketing operations
    • Possess deep expertise in top-of-funnel strategies and processes that fuel conversion and meaningful pipeline growth
    • Understand how IT, sales, finance, marketing, and sales development interweave with each other from a planning perspective
    • Can prove your ability to translate data into meaningful insights that drive business outcomes
    • Create and maintain demand gen and ABX reports and dashboards for funnel performance and marketing-sourced opportunity and pipeline creation by segment, campaign, and channel
    • Understand how to translate business process and policies into meaningful documentation
    • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects independently
    • Manage the hygiene and quality of marketing data
    • Possess proficiency and familiarity with the following systems:
      • Salesforce administration, reporting & dashboarding
      • Marketo marketing automation 
      • Salesloft sales engagement administration
      • 6sense/Slintel administration
      • Qualified administration
      • Sendoso administration
      • Jira
      • Asana project management experience

    Preferred… (OPTIONAL)

    • Have defined and deployed privacy and consent management procedures to maintain compliance with regulations like GDPR and CCPA

The total annual salary for this full-time position is $113,000 - $170,000+ equity + benefits.  As this is a remote position, the salary range was determined by role, level, and possible location across the US. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
