The salary for this role is $75,000-$80,000 annually.

Responsibilities:

    1.  Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working closely with other departments (e.g., marketing, product development, web development) to ensure Local SEO best practices are integrated into all relevant projects and initiatives.
    2. Performance Analysis and Reporting: Regularly analyzing Local SEO performance against KPIs using advanced analytics tools, and reporting these insights to stakeholders with actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
    3. Team Leadership and Management: Leading, managing, and mentoring a Local SEO specialist and Local seo team, including assigning tasks, setting deadlines, and ensuring team members have the resources and guidance needed to succeed.
    4. Crisis Management and Problem Solving: Quickly addressing and resolving any Local SEO-related issues that could impact the website's visibility or performance, such as penalties from search engines. 
    5. Local SEO Trends and Updates: Staying abreast of the latest SEO trends, search algorithm updates, and industry best practices to adapt strategies accordingly and maintain competitive advantage.

    Requirements

      1.  3+ years experience managing LOCAL SEO campaigns and documented client success 
      2. Keen mind for conceptualizing and improving process within the Local SEO department and developing LSS Program 
      3. Strong understanding of traditional and local SEO white hat best practices and the ability to implement these practices.
      4.  Analytical and Strategic Thinking: The ability to not only analyze large sets of data for insights but also to develop and execute comprehensive, long-term Local SEO strategies aligned with the company's goals. Proficiency in using advanced SEO tools and analytics platforms is essential for making data-driven decisions and measuring the effectiveness of SEO initiatives.
      5. Leadership and Communication Skills: Strong leadership qualities to manage and mentor an Local SEO team, fostering a collaborative environment where ideas and strategies can be shared openly. Excellent communication skills are also non-negotiable, as the role requires the ability to articulate complex Local SEO concepts to stakeholders at all levels of the organization, including those without an Local SEO background, and to advocate for Local SEO best practices across department
