Join our team and make a positive impact on the lives of others! We are looking for Lead Generation Marketing Manager for our team.
This role is remote with potential travel to our main office in Lake Success, NY and/or the FreedomCare hub closest to you for meetings and/or collaboration.
Position Overview:
This role will be dedicated to marketing results in specific states, working with internal Marketing resources and requires a deep understanding of direct-to-consumer marketing techniques, campaign management, response data analysis, and consumer behavior, with the outcome resulting in increasing the customer base.
- Key accountabilities include developing, executing, and optimizing marketing strategies focused on lead generation, customer acquisition, and retention
Everyday Responsibilities Will Include:
- Strategy Development - Determine the appropriate advertising and marketing content for channels such as Linear TV/radio, print, direct mail, and social media
- Campaign Management - Plan, launch, and manage multi-channel lead generation campaigns
- Funnel Performance and Conversion Optimization - Monitor and analyze marketing funnels to identify drop-off points and recommend improvements to increase conversion rates
- Analytics and Reporting - Track and analyze campaign performance metrics to measure effectiveness and ROI
- Budget Management - Monitor advertising and vendor budgets, adjusting as needed to meet lead and cost-per-acquisition goals
- Vendor Management - Manage relationships with external vendors and partners, including agencies, independent design contractors, printers, and media buyers
- Compliance and Best Practices - Ensure all direct response marketing campaigns comply with industry regulations and best practices
