The annual base salary for this position ranges from $119,400.00 in our lowest geographic market to $267,500.00 in our highest geographic market. Actual salary will vary based on a candidate's location, qualifications, skills and experience.Information about benefits can be found here.

WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH
You will work with the Nike AIML and GenAI engineering teams around the world to sell the vision and gather requirements. You will also work closely with the data engineering and Data Science teams in developing the best possible products. You will be part of the AIML & GenAI product management team and collaborate with all the AIML and GenAI Product team to prioritize competing needs and understand key dependencies with tech domain partner product teams.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR
We need an experienced Lead Product Manager to join our team, focusing on Generative AI at Nike. This role requires knowledge in software engineering and software as a service experience with managing an AI-based products. You equally enjoy crafting and selling a vision, gathering requirements from customers, and working with the Engineering team to break down and prioritize the work. You have a proven ability to demonstrate measurable business impact. You thrive in ambiguous situations and are a true team player. You will be critical in driving massive change in Nike's AI ecosystem which will create efficiencies in time to value for AI models helping drive our digital transformation.
Must have the following:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent work experience
6+ years of professional experience with a combined background of product management and software engineering.
Experience working with multiple Agile teams
Experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum, LEAN, Kanban, XP Programming etc.
Experience managing an AI-based product and SAAS – with Data Science experience a plus.
