Title: Lead Field Marketing Specialist - Crop

The Opportunity: The purpose of this role is to drive strategic business development by establishing and nurturing key stakeholder relationships, ensuring a strong market presence. Additionally, the role involves defining and executing strategies for agency servicing and business performance across various channels, with a focus on enhancing customer relationships and loyalty while managing P&L responsibilities for sustainable growth and profitability.

  • Location: Michigan- Remote
  • Work Arrangement: This role is fully remote {M-F 37.5 hours }
  • The salary range for this role is between $104,000.00-$156,000.00 Annually

Your new role

  • Accurately document, process, and transmit loss information to determine potential damages.
  • Manage and deliver the annual new business target.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including customers, brokers, and industry bodies.
  • Ensure compliance with the Insurance Authority's regulations and requirements.
  • Develop and share MI data to influence business decisions.
  • Establish and develop relationships with key clients to promote the company image.
  • Monitor client and market requirements through client calls and visits.
  • Support best practices and continuous improvement in training and compliance.
  • Provide product expertise to intermediaries on the range of products offered.
  • Network internally and externally to promote the interests of the company and contribute to opportunity-sharing culture.
  • Working knowledge of Agriculture/Farming

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree
  • Valid Driver's License.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in the insurance industry.
  • Experience in agriculture.
  • Experience in farming.

Compensation Package: The salary range for this role is provided above. This is the national range for location(s) listed. The salary offer will be decided based on the role's complexity, its location, and the candidate’s professional background, including their education and experience.
