Your Role
As a Lead Development Representative, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our business by engaging with potential clients through warm calls. Leads will be provided to you, ensuring you focus on quality interactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Engagement: Connect with potential clients using provided leads through warm calls.
- Interest Generation: Generate interest, qualify prospects, and schedule meetings.
- Prospect Management: Forward qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executive for further development and closure.
- Knowledge Sharing: Familiarize yourself with our services to effectively address prospective clients' needs.
- Database Management: Maintain an organized database of prospective client information.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in a similar role is an asset.
- Strong phone presence and comfort with warm calling.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Additional Details
Must successfully complete a two-week PACE University paid training program, conducted virtually.
