Lead Data Scientist

Job Description:

• Leads multiple initiatives leveraging data-mining, statistical and advanced modeling techniques
• Applies domain expertise to ideate and create new data science studies
• Leads multiple teams and coordinates implementations and validations of predictive and prescriptive models
• Effectively partners with cross-functional stakeholders, business leaders, and other data scientists to understand business needs, determines appropriate modelling techniques to implement.
• Coordinates feasibility studies of data science hypothesis
• Creates dashboards, reports, and visualizations of model outputs and effectively communicates results to leaders and customers
• Manages multiple data science initiatives and teams of data scientists

The targeted hiring base pay range for this position is between $142,,500 and $190,000. DTN is a pay for performance organization, which means there is the opportunity to advance your compensation with performance over time. The actual base pay offered for this position will be dependent upon many factors, including but not limited to: prior work experience, training/education, transferable skills, business needs, internal equity and applicable laws. The targeted hiring base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for market competitive variable pay and benefits.
