The annual base salary for this position ranges from $119,400.00 in our lowest geographic market to $267,500.00 in our highest geographic market. Actual salary will vary based on a candidate's location, qualifications, skills and experience.Information about benefits can be found here.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Converse is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead, Consumer Analytics Global to join our team. As a key player on the Converse Global Direct Analytics Team, you will have the opportunity to drive our next level of sophistication around customer analytics.
You will collaborate with a skilled team of analytics professionals and work closely with regional Direct-to-Consumer teams, marketing, and technology to develop a comprehensive understanding of Converse consumers through data and analytics. You will take on a leadership role in identifying key insights to inform product, experience & marketing strategies, influencing decision-making, and successfully implementing data-driven actions. WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborate with business partners to develop a measurement plan and lead both planned and ad-hoc analyses that support consumer (CRM) and marketing use cases.
- Perform advanced analytics and produce clear & simple outputs (e.g., reports, dashboards) to enable decision-making.
- Lead Advanced Analytics workstreams, including audience segmentation strategies, lifetime value, predictive modeling, and marketing attribution.
- Build and manage consumer measurement frameworks and customer-centric reporting tools for monthly reporting, QBR, and annual business use-cases.
- Accelerate adoption of analytics and tools throughout the company by providing training, sharing successful strategies, and encouraging collaboration among different teams.
- Support ongoing data quality monitoring efforts for first-party & third-party data.
WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
You will work closely with the Manager, Consumer and Marketing Data & Analytics and be an integral part of our Global Direct-to-Consumer Analytics COE. You will collaborate closely with the broader Global Direct-to-Consumer team and regional Marketing, Site Merchandising, and CRM teams, as well as Global Marketing and Technology.
WHAT YOU BRING
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Decision Science, Applied Math, Economics, Behavioral Science or combination of relevant education, experience.
- 5+ years of experience working in applied data or quantitative digital research setting with a proven track record of delivering insights and business impact.
