Job Description:

We are looking for a Lead CMS Business Analyst to join our Content Technology team. You will work with our strategy, design, and engineering teams to deliver web-based technology solutions for our clients. You will act a subject matter expert on the platforms that we implement, and will lead projects from start to finish, partnering with our clients throughout the engagement.

This is a remote- friendly position reporting to Business Analyst Director.

Responsibilities:

  • You will be the Subject Matter Expert on CMS/DXP project implementations, providing guidance on the solution being built
  • Lead requirement elicitation meetings with the client
  • Analyze documentation from clients and vendors
  • Work with our client Product Owner and associated team members to refine feature sets so that they are clearly defined
  • You will work with the architects and project team to refine requirements and break them down into meaningful segments of work that can be handed over for development and testing
  • Manage backlog and future specifications to ensure engineering team is aware of the project pipeline
  • Create process/data flows to create a visual representation of requirements
  • Participate in ideation and design sessions
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies, estimation, and scope creation
  • You will develop business requirements and draft technical specifications
  • Track changes in project scope with use of effective change management process
  • Help create QA test cases and client acceptance test plans
  • Conduct showcases and facilitate user acceptance testing with clients to gather feedback throughout the project
  • Create training materials and lead training sessions with clients

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years in a client-facing role
  • Experience working in CMS, DXP or CaaS solutions
  • Comfortable presenting information to all partners
  • Experience eliciting, defining, analyzing and documenting business and user needs in the form of business, functional, and non-functional requirements
  • Ability to drive solutions with the clients and technical team
  • Understand business processes/problems and bring that understanding to discussions with developers and designers, clients and other analysts
  • Experience with data or content modeling
  • Support a team environment across different time zones
  • Project management and technology skills
  • Proficiency in Jira and Confluence (or similar tools)
  • Experience implementing and/or managing CMS/DXP platforms (ie. AEM, Sitecore, Contentful, Drupal etc...)

The annual salary range for this position is $78,000 - $126,500. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
