Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Lead Camunda Consultant with expertise in Camunda 8, .NET, AWS, and Informatica. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter and need to have a strong sense of ownership and provide thought leadership to our clients. As a Lead Technical Consultant, you will participate in all aspects of the software development lifecycle which includes estimating, technical design, implementation, documentation, testing, deployment and support of application developed for our clients. As a member working in a team environment you will work with solution architects and developers on interpretation/translation of wireframes and creative designs into functional requirements, and subsequently into technical design.

- Participate in technical planning & requirements gathering phases including Design, code, test, troubleshoot, and document engineering software applications.
- Ensuring that technical software development process is followed on the project, familiar with industry best practices for software development.
- Demonstrate the ability to adapt and work with team members of various experience level.
- A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Angular development.
- 2+years of Designing and developing workflow solutions using Camunda 8 (Self-managed on AWS).
- 7+ years of delivering .NET Services
- Experienced in implementing BPMN and DMN models to optimize business processes.
- Develop and maintain APIs and microservices using C# and .NET Core to integrate with Camunda workflows.
- Implement RESTful and Batch services to support process automation.
- AWS experience is a must-have
- Implement event-driven architectures using Kafka
- Design ETL workflows using Informatica PowerCenter or IICS to facilitate data-driven process automation.
- Ability to debug Informatica extract batch workflows and convert them to Camunda.
- Ensure adherence to best practices in software development, DevOps, and CI/CD.
The salary range for this position takes into consideration a variety of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, level of experience, applicable office location, training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The new hire salary range displays the minimum and maximum salary targets for this position across all US locations, and the range has not been adjusted for any specific state differentials. It is not typical for a candidate to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the unique facts and circumstances regarding each candidate. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range for this position is $73,008 - $170,640. Please note that the salary range posted reflects the base salary only and does not include benefits or any potential equity or variable bonus programs.
