We are looking for a Lead Business Analyst (BA) with a background in Adobe Commerce to join our dynamic agency team. You will have 4+ years of experience in an Agile environment, being a subject matter expert on Adobe Commerce platforms. We are looking for a person who excels in an Agile team setting, and serve as a consultant to our external partners.

You Will:

• Be a subject matter expert on Adobe Commerce. Having a comprehensive understanding of the ecommerce ecosystem, including CRM, ESP, OMS, ERP, and related technologies.
• Plan and facilitate Sprint activities, ensuring Agile principles are applied effectively using Scrum methodology.
• Elicit requirements during the Discovery phase, collaborating with designers to create visual mockups that represent client needs.
• Work with architects to understand the technical approach, create functional specifications, and manage the development backlog by creating and prioritizing tickets.
• Visualize requirements through the creation of process flows, data flows, and other diagrammatic tools to ensure communication of requirements.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain and refine the product backlog, ensuring agreement on client goals.
• Support Quality Assurance (QA) by developing test cases and facilitating User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure the final product meets client expectations.

You Have:

• 4+ years of experience in a client-facing role (consultancy or agency preferred).
• Expertise in Adobe Commerce and familiarity with the broader ecommerce ecosystem.
• Experience translating business objectives into functional specifications.
• Experience delivering high-quality solutions and consulting with partners.
• Comfortable simplifying and presenting information to all partners.
• Experience managing Sprint activities, including Sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

The anticipated hourly pay range for this position is $32.69 - $53.07. Hourly pay rate is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law. Eligible for Sick and Safe Time, and Paid Holidays.
