Under limited direction, develops highly-complex financial models for ad hoc projects and prepares forecasts and budgets for one or more business areas.

What you will do:

  • Develops highly-complex financial models, documents assumptions, and reviews outcomes.
  • Performs due diligence for enterprise-wide strategy, product launches, and mergers and acquisitions, as well as other ad-hoc analyses.
  • Presents findings to senior leadership and management to support decision processes.
  • Prepares and analyzes revenue and/or expense budgets.
  • Compiles standard reports to communicate variances and other findings to senior leadership and management.
  • Serves as a subject matter expert in interpreting accounting results into financial models.
  • Coordinates system automation projects as needed to improve analytical and reporting efficiencies.
  • Coordinates, conducts and documents complex financial analysis and other accounting related projects.
  • Mentors and/or trains less experienced staff.
  • Other duties as assigned.

What you will bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Mathematics, related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum five (5) years of experience in progressive accounting and/or finance roles.
  • Financial modeling experience required.
  • Advanced MS Office skills required.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail required.

What will set you apart:

  • Public Accounting experience strongly preferred.
  • Insurance or Financial Services background preferred.
  • SAP experience preferred.

Base Salary Range

$88,200.00 - $124,500.00

The salary range above shows the typical minimum to maximum base salary range for this position in the location listed. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation offered may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
