What you’ll be responsible for:
Circle is looking for an enthusiastic, knowledgeable and focused Lead Quality Analyst to join the Compliance Operations Scaled Services team. As the Lead Quality Analyst, Quality Control & Assurance you will join a Scaled Services team of 14 brilliant and driven professionals. You will need to be solutions-focused with a passion for creating coaching, identifying improvement opportunities and driving towards the highest quality standard possible. You will be responsible for assisting the Manager, Compliance Quality Control and Assurance in overseeing the completion of quality reviews, contributing to the growth and enhancing the Compliance Quality program, working with cross-functional partners to implement changes driven by business needs, and strategically identifying areas for program improvement. You will be required to create and manage effective partnerships with key stakeholders to influence and shape the direction of this space. To excel in this role you need to be highly-organized, have a passion for quality and innovation and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Alignment with Circle’s core values is a must.
