About the Role

Dandy is hiring a Launch Trainer to teach new partners how to use our dental suite. The Launch Trainer is a key member of our team, helping prepare our customers for a success experience on the platform.

This role could potentially have to work up to one Saturday per month to accommodate requested Training times. You will be able to get a separate weekday off in exchange for the Saturday that is worked.

What You'll Do

• Teach the curriculum for our dental partners and educate them on how to use our next-generation dental technology

• Provide instructions to groups of up to 10 staff members in-person and via video conferencing services like Zoom and Google Meet

• Research and recommend new training strategies that improve course agendas and materials

• Work closely with other functions to create new systems and processes as we scale

What We're Looking For

• Strong track record of success in an educational, sales, or support focused role in a dynamic environment

• Experience designing course material and providing instruction or guidance in technology equipment

• Demonstrated ability to evaluate new product opportunities. You know how to engage internal stakeholders and bring new and existing partners together
