Language Specialists to join our team.

What you’ll be doing:

As a Language Specialist on our GenAI team, you will be joining a truly global team of subject

matter experts across a wide variety of disciplines and AI engineers and will be entrusted with a

range of responsibilities. This will include:

• Creating training data sets for AI models that will help improve its accuracy, fluency,

coherence and/or voice

• Annotating data to help AI models align with human values

• Analyzing and improving the grammar, syntax, and sentence structure of both expert-

generated training data and AI model-generated text to ensure it adheres to linguistic

rules and conventions.

• Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists,

researchers, and software engineers, to refine and iterate on the AI models.• Contributing to evolving specifications for AI-model training and data recipes.

• Navigating a dynamic environment and adapting to shifting guidelines and flexible

priorities.

• Achieve target KPIs, including daily job count, average handle time per job, and

specified production hours

Requirements

What we need you to bring:

• Minimum Bachelors (completed) with a preference (not mandatory) in one of the

following – Biology, Business, Chemistry, Computer Science, Economics, Engineering,

Health Sciences, History, Law, Math, Philosophy, Physics or Psychology; Masters or

PhD preferred

• Language proficiency (CEFR C1 level or equivalent) in English and Urdu

• Excellent writing skills

• Strong understanding of grammar, syntax, and semantics

• Ability to edit and improve technical communication across a wide variety of technical

fields

• Creative thinker

• Strong attention to detail

• Well-honed internet research skills

• Ability to embrace diverse teams

• Adaptability to thrive in a dynamic environment, with the agility to adjust to evolving

guidelines and fluid priorities
