Role Objective
To raise awareness of Kooth (and Qwell if applicable) and achieve CYP contract registration targets using online outreach
Split of Role
- Promote Kooth direct to young people in secondary schools and colleges - 50%
- Raise awareness of Kooth (and Qwell where applicable) by delivering online training to teaching staff in schools and
- colleges - 15%
- Raise awareness and encourage referral to Kooth (and Qwell where applicable) by offering information and
- training to community professionals - prioritising GP Practice Managers, CAMHS, A&E and Family Hubs - 15%
- Promote Kooth to children in Year/ Primary 6 by clustering engagement of local primary schools during
- transition period in the summer term - 10%
- Maintain up to date records of engagement activity in Salesforce and EPs - 8%
- Support the delivery of the national webinar programme - 2%
Main responsibilities:
Promote Kooth to young people in schools and colleges
● Prioritise engagement of secondary schools and colleges, with at least the largest 50% (based on pupil number) engaged in the past 6 months i.e. minimum of an intro email sent and one or more telephone calls made per setting.
● Deliver whole school or whole year group assembly presentations about Kooth - a minimum audience of 50 young people if visiting in person - and a minimum of 3 per week.
