The Knowledge Manager is the functional lead for design, development, maintenance, and enhancements to the Military OneSource Program Management Portal.

 

You Are:

Knowledge Manager

  • Creates a Knowledge Management Framework, including design, implementation, developing processes and protocols for knowledge capture, storage, accessibility, and access control.
  • Creates and maintains up-to-date centralized program management knowledge base for all contract related information and deliverables, training artifacts and courses, policies and procedures, workflows, instructions, with version control and document management.
  • Establishes and maintains user access groups and administers access requests, ensuring program staff have access to important information required for assigned tasks while adhering to validated access requirements and restrictions.
  • Creates and maintains deliverable repository, including tracking and reporting against submission deadlines.
  • Collaborates with program leadership to optimize information storage, distribution, and sharing.
  • Promotes a program-wide culture of knowledge sharing to ensure effective use of information resources.
  • Supports CSI Lead/Transition Manager and Business Operations Manager during Transition-in and Transition-out to coordinate the transition of data and documents between contractors, MC&FP, and FEDSIM. Qualifications required for this position include:

 

Here’s what you need:

  • US Citizen and fluent English speaker  
  • Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of prior experience in knowledge management (additional 4 years of work experience may be considered in lieu of Bachelor’s degree)
  • Solid working knowledge of standard computer software (Microsoft Office business suite to include Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Project).

 

Bonus Points if you have:

  • Prior experience supporting client and/or federal government contracts/programs.
  • Prior or current (Reserve/National Guard) military experience.
  • Prior experience working with cross-functional teams to identify and solve knowledge-related challenges.
  • Prior experience supporting large call center operations.
  • Prior experience in setting up data structures and applications to include content capture and category assignment in support of evolving knowledge management systems.
  • Prior experience working with leadership and stakeholders to identify and formulate plans for leveraging knowledge management capabilities to better support continuous service improvements.

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York, Washington, and the District of Columbia. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set and level of experience.
