GENERAL SCOPE
The Key Account Manager – Healthcare will be responsible for bringing Diversey services and solutions to new Healthcare markets and industry segments, while also managing an assigned account, or group of accounts, with the primary responsibility to create value for the assigned customers through the technical service they provide within the institutional industry. They will be responsible for driving the strategy and sales process to these new business markets through the identification of new product opportunities, process and procedure improvements, and selling to existing customers. The Key Account Manager’s sole focus is to drive sales through new market penetration while maintaining revenue, price capture and to improve gross profit in the existing portfolio.
KNOWLEDGE
Strong relationship building skills and sales acumen, especially within or adjacent to the medical field. Complete acquaintance with and understanding of the general aspects and technical phases of the job and their practical applications to problems and situations ordinarily encountered. Experience in medical, pharmaceutical, or capital equipment sales will be beneficial.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Previous experience in medical, pharmaceutical, or capital equipment sales is preferred.
- A Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not a requirement.
- 10+ years’ experience in a related sales field, with strong technical acumen.
- 5+ years’ experience in managing complex or strategic clients.
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.

The expected compensation range for this position is between $83,500.00 and $116,865.00 plus discretionary bonuses. The exact compensation may vary based on your skills, experience and other factors permitted by law. ApplyJob Profile
