are you passionate about the energy transition and naturally curious about power markets? we are looking for a collaborative junior trading operations expert (f/m/x) who wants to design the best customer experience with our asset optimizers and software engineers. within the team, you will learn everything and more about power markets and algorithmic trading.

as part of our handpicked team of experts, you 

• are the first point of contact for existing customers, 

• take part in the onboarding of new customers, 

• make sure power is flowing the right way, and all post-trade processes are working, 

• lead the registration process and technical setup in new markets, 

• coordinate with other internal communities (asset optimisation, IT, finance) to create the best customer experience, 

• optimise and automate processes, 

• and discover and eliminate operational risk. 

Requirements

how you fit into the team 

you want to participate in the transition to clean energy actively, and 

• value excellent team spirit, start-up culture and creative freedom, 

• have a background in either business, IT, natural sciences or similar, 

• preferably bring some coding experience, 

• have great communication skills and a customer-focused mindset, 

• are fluent in English, German, and other languages are a plus 

• are interested in the power industry, power trading, and artificial intelligence, 

• have a detail-oriented and structured way of working coupled with a hands-on mentality, 

• and you are a curious person with a good sense of humor.
