Position Overview
SIG is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Junior Project Manager to join our SIG Cyber practice. In this role, you will be responsible for resource allocation, scheduling, and ensuring that all testing requirements are met for cybersecurity testing and consulting projects. Your work will contribute to the timely and successful execution of security testing, cybersecurity audits, and other strategic consulting projects that help secure organizations across the United States.
Responsibilities of the Project Manager:
By joining our team, you will make a difference by driving projects that secure a wide range of organizations throughout the U.S. Some of your key responsibilities may include:
- Coordinating schedules for penetration tests, compliance audits, and other cybersecurity services.
- Ensuring efficient resource allocation across engineering teams.
- Preparing and staging client-facing documentation.
- Facilitating client facing calls, such as project kickoffs, status updates, and deliverable discussions.
- Interacting with client to schedule projects and coordinate action items needed for testing.
- Managing multiple concurrent projects, proactively identifying delays, and working with clients and teams to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
Required Qualifications
- Exceptional oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience collaborating with teams to manage and deliver multiple simultaneous projects.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or equivalent experience
- Experience in OpenAir or Monday.
- 1 year of project management experience, preferably in security consulting.
Pay and Benefits
- The salary range is $68,000 - $78,000 + bonus
