Marsh is seeking candidates for an junior placement broker position (HYBRID) position in New York.

  • You will provide effective administrative support of specific Wrap-Up engagements. 
  • Utilizing Marsh Wrap-Up technologies, you will be responsible for accurate data input, insurer claims data, insurer audit systems, wrap-up Project Insurance Manual, and basic contractor insurance pricing

We will count on you to:

  • Runs analytics and evaluates clients' insurance programs to better serve clients.
  • Cultivates a thorough understanding of insurance markets to better serve clients.
  • Assists more senior Placement colleagues during negotiations with insurance carriers by securing and comparing submissions, under close supervision.
  • Prepares proposal components for more senior Placement colleagues to win new business and opportunities.

What you need to have: 

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Must obtain P&C License within 90 days of hire
  • 1+ years of professional work experience/internship
  • Computer Savvy, including MS Office (Word, Excel)

Office-based teams will identify at least one “anchor day” per week on which their full team will be together in person.

The applicable base salary range for this role is $51,600 to $110,000.

The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
