Flight Itinerary (About The Role)
We are seeking a talented and creative Junior Graphic Designer to join the FLYR crew - someone who is well-organized with exceptional attention to detail. The ideal candidate will assist in creating visual assets for marketing campaigns, digital content, print materials, motion graphics and other design-related projects. This role is perfect for someone looking to develop their design skills and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The Junior Graphic Designer will report to Manager, Creative Services; and work closely with Director, Brand, Digital and Creative and other team members to ensure cohesive brand consistency across all platforms.
This position is a remote role. We are open to hiring a candidate based in one of the following states: FL, IL, NC, NJ, NY, TX, WI
What Your Journey Will Look Like (Responsibilities)
- Assist in the design and production of marketing materials, including brochures, posters, digital ads, social media graphics, motion graphics and email campaigns.
- Support the development of visual content for websites, blogs, and other online platforms.
- Collaborate with the marketing, digital and creative teams to brainstorm and create new design concepts.
- Edit and adjust existing designs as per feedback from senior designers, brand and stakeholders.
- Ensure all artwork follows brand guidelines and meets the highest quality standards.
- Maintain organized files and version control on design projects.
- Stay updated on current design trends and tools to continuously improve the quality of output.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
What To Pack For This Trip (Qualifications)
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1 - 3 years experience working in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects etc.).
- Familiarity with design tools such as Figma or Sketch is a plus.
