About the Role
Client Success Coordinators are responsible for supporting the Senior Operations Manager based in the USA for the client success team in the setup, execution, and internal management of influencer campaign activations, with an emphasis on vetting, content review, and email communication.
CSC helps support the day-to-day execution of our influencer marketing initiatives in partnership with Client Success Associates and serves as a secondary point of contact for our influencer network.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the success of client campaigns and support influencer communication.
- Pre-screen influencers for brand safety, audience alignment, and compliance with campaign requirements.
- Assist in managing influencer communications during vetting and content review, ensuring timely responses.
- Review and approve campaign content, providing feedback to influencers to meet brand standards.
- Maintain timelines, update the team on influencer progress, organize campaign content, and provide administrative support.
Ideally, you have the following qualifications…
- Familiarity and/or experience in the marketing field.
- Strong understanding of the social media landscape, primarily in the US.
- Advanced English -C1 level - is a must-have for the role.
- Highly creative and process-oriented.
- Experience in the influencer/creator operational tasks is highly desirable.
- You are switched on, hungry to learn and grow, confident, and love social media.
- Experienced in email communication.
Experience & Software
- Experience in the influencer/creator industry, marketing, or related.
- Experience with Monday.com or any other project management system.
- Experience with Google, Microsoft 365, and Slack.
