Job Summary:
We are looking for a diligent , proactive and detail-oriented HR Junior Associate to support the seamless execution of key HR processes. This role will be responsible for managing probation processes, leave administration, performance management, employee queries, helpdesk resolution, internal transitions, vendor coordination, and other general HR operations. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of relevant experience in Human Resources, with a preference for those proficient in Darwinbox or similar HRMS platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
• Probation Management: Responsible for probation completion processes, ensuring timely evaluations, adherence to timelines and SOPs.
• Leave Administration: Manage leave approvals, address employee queries, and ensure compliance with company leave policies.
• Performance Management: Assist in coordinating performance review cycles, data tracking, and employee feedback processes.
• Employee Query Resolution & Helpdesk Management: Provide timely resolution of employee concerns and escalate issues when required.
• Exit Management: Handle employee separations, including documentation, exit interviews, clearance processes, and ensuring a smooth transition.
• Internal Transitions: Support internal movements, ensuring a smooth transition process for employees.
• Vendor Management: Liaise with external HR service providers to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
• General HR Operations: Support various administrative HR functions to enhance operational efficiency.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR or a similar role.
• Proficiency in Darwinbox or similar HRMS platforms (preferred).
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite and HR tools.

We would like to help you minimize your time and efforts. There are 3 rounds & we will be working towards completing all the rounds within a maximum of 1 weeks time.
